Jammin’ and Jivin’ are only TWO words I would used to describe soon-to-graduate, Jordan.  Energetic, fun-loving and photogenic, this pretty young woman is also one of the most talented young vocalists I’ve had the privilege of knowing.  Jordan wanted her shoot to be on her 18th birthday and to be taken on the campus of Christ Community Church in Tucson, where she has spent so much of her life (and still does).  It was so sweet to know that Jordan wanted her entire family to be a part of her Senior shoot–unusual for teenagers these days.  What a fun family they are–not only fun to shoot and easy to work with, but fun to watch as they interact with each other.  Jordan only had one request, that I capture some images of her with a variety of sheet music, as music is her passion in life.  We had fun–but a someone scary–few moments as I teetered on the edge of a skinny wall in order to shoot straight down on Jordan with the sheet music fanned around her head in a half circle.  Her dad had to ‘steady’ me by bracing his hands on my waist to keep me from falling off…a job normally saved for my assistant–er–husband, but he had not yet arrived for the shoot and we were on a schedule.  Thanks, Chris, for keeping me on the wall!  And thanks to the entire family for choosing me to be a part of this special moment in Jordan’s life!
